Withdrawal and Return Policy

WITHDRAWAL

If you are a natural person acting as a consumer (and only), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without any further explanation. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day you or a third person appointed by you (not the carrier) acquired the physical possession of the goods.


In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform The Company of your decision to withdraw from this contract with an explicit statement sent by e-mail within the 14 calendar day deadline. You can use the provided withdrawal form, without this being mandatory (link to withdrawal form). You can complete and submit the above-mentioned withdrawal form or any other explicit statement and we will promptly provide you with a confirmation of your withdrawal via e-mail. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to submit your withdrawal statement before the withdrawal deadline expires.

 

Consequences of withdrawal:

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all the money we received from you for the product you return, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to your choice to use a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and definitely within the time limits set by law. We have the right to delay the refund until we receive and check the products. You explicitly agree that we will execute the above-mentioned refund by depositing the money in your credit card.
You ought to send the products back at your own risk and expenses to us ("Maria Bratsou") to the address Passatge Ròmul Bosch 9-11,
Tda. Izda, 08012, Barcelona, Spain without undue delay and definitely within 14 calendar days from the day you informed us that you were withdrawing from this contract. The deadline is considered to have been met if you return the products before the end of the 14-day period.
In order for a return to be accepted, the products sent by you το our Company must be in the excellent condition in which were received. They must have their original packaging which must be intact, without damage and tears or scratches. The products must be unused and complete and they must be accompanied by all the included documents and the withdrawal form signed by you. In case the product is not accompanied by its original tax documents, our Company cannot authenticate the specific order from our e-shop and will not be able to accept the return.

The right of withdrawal does NOT apply in the following cases:

  • the products have been used
    • the products have been manufactured to the specifications set by you as a buyer or to your personal requirements and customizations or are inherently impossible to return with shipment (e.g., engraving, ordering a chain of a certain length, etc.).     Custom made products are not returnable and not refundable. 
    • the products are not suitable for return as soon as they are unsealed for health or hygiene reasons
    • the products are on discount
    • the products have been damaged when opening the package, when removing the labels or due to misuse by the consumer.
    • for consumers outside the E.U.

 

RETURN IN THE EVENT OF REAL DEFECT OR LACK OF MATCHED PROPERTY

We make every reasonable effort in order to deliver to you the product you ordered which will have the agreed properties as stated in the manufacturer’s description and without actual defects according to article 534 of the Civil Code. However, in the rare case that you receive a product with defects or if any other problem arises (except in the case of withdrawal, see above since you are a consumer), we invite you to contact us by email to rusticogreco@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving it in order to reach an agreement on this issue. If it is indeed a defective product or a product that lacks the agreed properties and provided that you inform us within 48 hours, then we will agree on how this product can be amended or be replaced with another.

You may return the goods by any transport of your choice to the address Passatge Ròmul Bosch 9-11, Tda. Izda, 08012, Barcelona, Spain and provide us with a tracking code, but note that you will be liable in case of loss and damage 

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Αs stated above, our products are handmade and each stone or material we use is unique. This is the reason why our products are similar but not identical. Dissimilarity due to different cut or shape of stones or beads does not render the product defective.

Our Company uses its best endeavours to accurately portray its products by displaying photos. Our products are being photographed in an artistic way and under natural light. Received items are likely to differ a little bit from the ones depicted in photographs. Tiny colour differences do not constitute a lack of agreed property.

 

GUARANTEE

Our Company can’t guarantee the availability of a rare material but we can guarantee that you will be informed on time about non availability of our products or any delay that may occur to your order.

 

RE-MAKE

Any damaged jewellery cannot generally be repaired. On occasion it may be possible to remake upon request and for a separate fee to be determined on a case-by-case basis, provided that all materials required are either returned to us or can be sourced again. JEWELLERY CARE

In order to keep your handmade items in good condition for longer, try to avoid contact with perfumes, creams, oil etc. and make sure that you keep them out of the sea or the shower.
